Seven Space emerged from the growth and transformation of our previous venture, Norwich City Apartments. Our primary focus at Seven Space is to create an optimal experience for both landlords and guests alike. We specialise in catering to those seeking a middle ground between short and long-stay rentals, with most guests enjoying stays ranging from 1 week to 3 months. Interestingly, some find the allure of our spaces so compelling that they simply can't bear to leave.
We acknowledge the challenges that come with managing short-term rental properties, and our aim is to lighten that load as much as possible. Our small, dedicated team takes pride in being highly available, responsive, and proactive. Our strong work ethic sets us apart. Having run short-term rentals since 2015, he has a proven record of maximising returns, building strong owner relationships, and creating systems that keep properties performing at their best.
